Refund & Return Policy

You can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after 7 days cannot be accepted.

• Item must be unused, unwashed and unaltered.
• Original tags, packaging and invoice must be intact.
• Innerwear, socks, customised/altered garments and items marked “final sale” are not returnable for hygiene reasons.

1. Email info@anafashions.in or WhatsApp +91 98403 67711 with your order number and photos of the item.
2. Our team will confirm within 24 working hours and arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable.
3. If pickup is not available at your pincode, you may self-ship to our Chennai address; the courier cost up to ₹150 will be refunded.

• Once the returned item passes our quality check (typically 2–3 working days after we receive it), the refund is initiated.
• Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via UPI or bank transfer to the account details you share with us, within 5–7 working days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a defective or wrong item shipped.

We are happy to exchange for a different size or colour subject to stock availability. You only pay any price difference; we cover one round of forward shipping on exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video. We will arrange a free pickup and a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Orders can be cancelled free of cost any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, the standard return policy applies.
