The Site is operated by ANA Fashions, 38A, Villivakkam Road, Saptagiri Nagar, Rajan Nagar, Lakshmipuram, Chennai – 600099, India. All references to “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ANA Fashions.

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent/guardian) and capable of forming a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We make every effort to show colours, sizes and product details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screens, lighting and natural fabric.
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing or descriptive errors and to limit order quantities at our discretion.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm the contract only when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — including for stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud or undeliverable pincodes — and refund any amount already paid.

We accept Cash on Delivery (where available) and other payment methods displayed at checkout. You confirm that the payment information you provide is your own and accurate.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days.
• Delivery timelines depend on courier serviceability and your pincode (usually 3–8 working days within India).
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape content, upload malicious code or interfere with other users.
• All content on the Site — logos, photographs, copy, designs — is owned by ANA Fashions or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANA Fashions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with the Site or your orders.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
